Refund Policy

We want every piece to feel like it was meant for you. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, fragrance or pet hair, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if an item arrives back damaged or visibly used.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, intimates, final-sale and clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Message us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Please don't send anything back before receiving instructions — unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable service; we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, since our pieces are made in limited runs and can sell out quickly.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven't entered fulfillment. Reach out through our contact page as soon as possible.
