Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders will be shipped out the next business day, if the item is in stock. Pre-order items may take up to 10-15 business days.

During new drops and peak seasons, processing may take an extra day or two.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any active free-shipping promotion and its threshold will be shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order any time through the Shop app.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order enters fulfillment — contact us right away if something is wrong.

We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
