Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Gem Signature Co. website, browsing our collections, placing an order or messaging us through chat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and availability

Our pieces are made in limited runs and availability can change quickly. We do our best to display colors, fabrics and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences between the image and the item you receive are normal.

We may add, change or discontinue any product or collection at any time without notice.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days and international delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn, unwashed pieces in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final-sale items, gift cards and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Accounts and chat

If you create an account or sign in through the Shop app, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Messages sent through our on-site chat are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please keep conversations respectful and don't share sensitive information such as full payment card numbers.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, graphics, photography, text and the Gem Signature Co. name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative products from our designs without written permission.

You may share our imagery on social media with credit, but commercial use is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or resell our content, or submit false or abusive information. We may suspend access for any of these reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our pieces are designed for personal style and intention — they are not medical, therapeutic or spiritual advice, and we make no claims about outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gem Signature Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
